About the Role
As an Associate on the Integration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transition of advisor teams into NorthRock. Working closely with the Senior Manager of Integration and cross-functional leaders, you will manage workflows, align service standards, and support incoming teams and their clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to a consistent, scalable, and exceptional integration experience.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a key resource and point of contact for incoming advisor teams, guiding them through NorthRock’s processes and systems
- Partner with internal teams to configure and test systems such as Black Diamond, CRM, and portfolio platforms
- Review incoming teams’ client service and operational models to identify alignment opportunities and risks
- Manage live tracking of custodian paperwork, account openings, asset movement, and client communication milestones
- Troubleshoot and resolve transition issues in partnership with custodians and internal teams
- Support incoming professionals with guidance, training, and reinforcement of NorthRock’s standards
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer post-transition, ensuring alignment with NorthRock’s service model
- Assist in building scalable processes for future acquisitions and contribute to post-transition debriefs
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, client service, or operations; M&A or Integration experience a plus
- Proven ability to guide others through process change, training, and system adoption
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage sensitive relationships
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to flex across teams for successful outcomes

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base pay salary rate for this role is $78,650 - $100,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. Please note that this is specific to the Minneapolis office and that the range may vary by location.
Work Conditions
- Physical Requirements: This role requires occasional physical activity such as lifting, moving, and setting up computer equipment (monitors, docking stations, desktops, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
- Repetitive Duties: The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry.
- On-Site Presence: While much of the work is performed from a desk or workstation, occasional movement throughout the office is required to provide in-person technical support and attend meetings.
