The Role
We’re looking for a service-oriented, detail-driven professional to join our Client Service team. In this role, you’ll serve as a consistent point of contact for clients and their families, supporting financial planning and lifestyle service needs through proactive coordination and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is known for discretion, technical aptitude, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-touch service and timely support to clients and their families in alignment with firm service standards
- Partner with Advisors and internal teams to coordinate and execute financial planning, lifestyle, and administrative service requests
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in CRM (Salesforce), including documentation of interactions and service outcomes
- Gather, review, and interpret client documentation to respond to inquiries and facilitate account updates
- Coordinate directly with clients’ external professionals, including attorneys, accountants, and custodians
- Support special projects and custom client service initiatives by organizing materials, tracking deliverables, and managing timelines
- Collaborate with peers to identify process improvements and advance operational best practices
- Manage digital and physical client files in compliance with regulatory and internal data retention requirements
- Adopt new technologies and participate in training programs to enhance service efficiency and technical expertise
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related professional experience, preferably in finance or wealth management
- Working knowledge of financial planning, insurance, tax services, estate planning, or related disciplines
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile technology
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $64,000 – $91,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
