About the Role
The Senior Associate, Advice Integration serves as a project manager and key support resource within the Advice Strategy team. This role focuses on coordinating and executing cross-functional initiatives that enhance integration across NorthRock’s advice, client service, and tax teams. A primary focus will be leading NorthRock’s partnership with Eide Bailly, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment between internal and external stakeholders. Outside of tax season, this position supports additional Advice Strategy projects that strengthen the firm’s overall advice delivery model.
What You Will Do
- Lead project management and implementation of the Eide Bailly partnership, serving as NorthRock’s main point of contact across advice, client service, and tax functions
- Coordinate communications, deliverables, and processes to ensure efficient and accurate information sharing
- Support ongoing Advice Strategy initiatives, including integration pilots, process enhancements, technology rollouts, and cross-functional projects
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and identify risks, dependencies, or resource needs
- Partner with leaders across Advice teams to align operational execution with strategic objectives
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of advice-related workflows and processes
- Provide project support to the Advice Strategy leader and team as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, accounting, wealth management, or an advisory environment
- Demonstrated experience managing or supporting complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of financial, tax, or investment planning concepts
- Familiarity with Salesforce, eMoney, RightCapital, or similar tools preferred
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base pay salary rate for this role is $78,000 - $99,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. Work Conditions
- Physical Requirements: This role requires occasional physical activity such as lifting, moving, and setting up computer equipment (monitors, docking stations, desktops, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
- Repetitive Duties: The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry.
- On-Site Presence: While much of the work is performed from a desk or workstation, occasional movement throughout the office is required to provide in-person technical support and attend meetings.
