The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven professional to join our Investments team. In this role, you’ll support portfolio management activities and provide critical insights to advisors, helping deliver high-quality investment solutions to clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is known for strong communication and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Support and monitor trading activities, assisting in execution and oversight
- Review portfolios for alignment with investment strategies and manage cash balances
- Perform portfolio rebalancing, investment implementation, and tax-loss harvesting
- Prepare and analyze portfolio reports, delivering actionable insights
- Respond to advisor and client inquiries with clear, thoughtful communication
- Partner with Operations and Client Experience teams to ensure consistent deliverables
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis and cross-functional requests
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 1 years of experience in financial services
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn new tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in pursuing CFA or CAIA designation is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $57,000 – $78,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
