The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, service-driven professional to join our Insurance team. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end execution of life, long-term care, and disability insurance cases while ensuring a high-quality client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a process-oriented environment and is known for reliability, clear communication, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Manage preparation, submission, and monitoring of insurance applications to ensure accuracy and timely progression
- Coordinate service activities for in-force policies, including documentation, carrier updates, and client communication
- Facilitate proactive ordering and organization of in-force ledgers for policy reviews and planning engagements
- Oversee workflow progress, identifying bottlenecks and driving timely communication among advisors, clients, and carriers
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to deliver a cohesive, high-quality client experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and insurance management systems, ensuring data integrity
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and service efficiency
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in life, long-term care, and/or disability insurance operations or case management
- Working knowledge of insurance applications, underwriting workflows, carrier platforms, and servicing practices
- Experience with CRM and insurance management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with strong integrity and client-service orientation
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $69,000 – $80,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
