We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for multiple companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. In addition to core accounting responsibilities, this role will include administrative HR duties such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle accounting for several companies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct bank and account reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Provide support with administrative HR tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized financial and HR records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting (multi-entity experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and HR administration
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
