About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team as Overnight Floor Cleaning Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining immaculate floors in commercial and residential spaces during overnight hours, ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients by morning.Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors using cleaning solutions and equipment
- Operate floor buffers, polishers, and other machinery
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect finished work to ensure high standards
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10pm – 6am or similar)
