Our client, a well-known Financial Services firm in New York, NY, is looking for an Expense Administrator to join its team!
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit routine and ad hoc expense reports for a group of senior executives using an enterprise expense system
- Verify that all submissions are accurate, correctly categorized, fully documented, and aligned with internal policies
- Monitor missing receipts and follow up to ensure timely completion of reports
- Reconcile corporate card transactions with submitted expenses and identify discrepancies
- Partner with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve processing issues or rejected reports
- Provide limited calendar support, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and cross–time zone coordination
- Maintain well-organized records of expense reports and supporting documentation
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in expense management, executive support, or a similar administrative function
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise expense/reporting platform (financial modules required)
- Proficiency in standard office software (spreadsheets, email, presentations, and word processing)
- Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
Salary : $40 - $43
