A top alternative asset manager in Charlotte is looking to add a CLO Investment Professional at the Associate level to its growing team on a hybrid basis (3x in office per week). Compensation is competitive.


Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, source, structure, and execute investment opportunities across CLO/Structured Credit landscape
  • Contribute to all phases of the investment process
  • Lead negotiation of term sheets and credit agreement
  • Interface with counterparties; build/develop relationships; manage deal flow and investment pipeline


Qualification

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of CLO/Structured Credit fundamentals
  • Strong cashflow modeling (Excel and Intex), advanced coding languages a plus (SQL, Python, etc.)
  • Self-starter with high personal and ethical standards
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary : $125,000 - $175,000
