Key Responsibilities
- Support recruiters throughout the full recruiting cycle by assisting with scheduling, communication, and candidate management.
- Coordinate interviews across time zones — including phone, video, and on-site meetings — while maintaining a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate data, documentation, and progress updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates, external partners, and internal business leaders to ensure all logistics and follow-ups are handled promptly.
- Track feedback, organize interview notes, and help recruiters identify next steps in the process.
- Assist with preparing offer documentation and supporting pre-onboarding logistics.
- Participate in recruiting and HR projects such as process documentation, reporting, and survey coordination.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the broader HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Previous internship or professional experience in a corporate environment; HR or recruiting exposure preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other office applications; experience managing meeting requests or shared calendars is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and client-service mindset.
