Tiger Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant for a High-Net-Worth individual who has homes in New York City and upper Westchester. My client is seeking a personal assistant to support their busy life. The ideal candidate will come from a creative / fashion background and is extremely savvy with social media. Confidentiality, organization, and discretion is the key to success in this role.
Core Responsibilities:
- Organize every aspect of the home from closets to pantries.
- Scheduling end to end travel (ground, air, hotels etc.).
- Handle personal social media posts – Instagram, Tiktok etc.
- Compile social media content pictures, videos, video editing etc.
- Run errands such as dry cleaning, returns and grocery shopping
- Be prepared to travel with principal when needed (travel will be planned).
- Shop on behalf of the principal. Understand the cut and style of clothing to minimize returns.
- Implement systems and time management to make the day more manageable.
- Schedule management.
- Stocking the pantry and inventory management.
- Coordinate with principal’s executive assistant.
- Steam and preparing clothes.
- Ad hoc projects as they arise.
Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 5 – 7 years prior personal assistant experience in a creative field
- High level of discretion and emotional IQ
- Advanced social media and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Hootsuite etc)
- Ability to drive is plus
- Great Communication skills
- Work well with others and teams
