About Norsan Company
Norsan is a European-based health and nutrition company known for its high-quality Omega-3 supplements. As we expand our U.S. operations, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (10 hours per week) to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to executives and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Support event coordination, office organization, and logistics
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or supplement industry
- Familiarity with CRM or basic accounting systems is a plus
