Admin Assistant (Operations Support – Fast-Paced Marine Industry)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

This is NOT a typical admin role.

If you perform better when things are moving fast, priorities change constantly, and you’re helping keep operations on track—this is the role.

What This Role Actually Is

You are supporting the operational engine of the company.

You will assist with:

  • Coordinating technician schedules that change daily
  • Communicating with clients, captains, and internal team
  • Supporting invoicing and job completion flow
  • Keeping multiple moving pieces organized without slowing things down

This is a high-activity, real-time environment. Things will change throughout the day. Your job is to help keep everything aligned and moving forward.

What Success Looks Like
  • Technicians are scheduled correctly and efficiently
  • Jobs move from scheduled → completed → invoiced without delay
  • Communication between team and clients is clear and consistent
  • You stay composed and productive even when plans change
