Norsan is a European-based health and nutrition company known for its high-quality Omega-3 supplements. As we expand our U.S. operations, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Nutritionist:
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate: Lead the formulation of new dietary supplements from concept to shelf.
- Validate: Review scientific literature to justify ingredient choices and dosages.
- Comply: Partner with the Regulatory team to ensure all packaging and marketing materials meet industry standards.
- Educate: Create technical white papers and provide training for internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Human Nutrition, Dietetics, Biochemistry, or a related field (MSc or PhD preferred).
- Certification: Registered Dietitian (RD) or Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) status is a strong plus.
- Experience: 2 years in the food or supplement industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical research skills, ability to simplify complex data, and a deep understanding of the supplement regulatory landscape.
