What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Noor Staffing Group?
Noor has partnered with a national Owner/ Operator that is looking to hire at one of their Connecticut proeprties. We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 200-unit Class A apartment community in Norwalk, CT. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, resident satisfaction, and overall property success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, leasing performance, and resident relations
- Manage and mentor onsite staff, fostering a strong team environment
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and expense control
- Ensure high standards of property appearance and maintenance
- Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of property management experience
- Experience with Class A or luxury apartment communities preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reports
Compensation: Base salary $70,000 - $85,000 DOE Bonus
