We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a Class A apartment community (400 units) in Norwalk, CT. This role will lead a large onsite maintenance team and be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service, and overall asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring productivity and accountability
- Oversee daily service operations, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure timely and high-quality unit turns to support leasing goals
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at a large (400 unit) community
- Proven experience managing a team of 4 direct reports
- Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Compensation:
$85,000–$95,000 base salary overtime eligibility
