Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a Class A apartment community (400 units) in Norwalk, CT. This role will lead a large onsite maintenance team and be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service, and overall asset performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring productivity and accountability
• Oversee daily service operations, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure timely and high-quality unit turns to support leasing goals
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at a large (400 unit) community
• Proven experience managing a team of 4 direct reports
• Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Compensation:

$85,000–$95,000 base salary overtime eligibility
