UX/UI Product Designer (5455)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our client’s team in Orlando, FL. This is a remote (with travel to Orlando as needed) contract position.

SALARY: $50-$55/hr (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product design experience
• Proven experience designing SaaS platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B software design
• Expertise in Figma
• Ability to prototype product experiences
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design UI for SaaS and mobile interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Simplify complex AI functionalities into user-friendly experiences
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library
• Work closely with engineering on implementation and rapid iteration
• Refine user flows based on demos and client feedback
• Ensure usability for hospitality staff with simple, fast, low-training interfaces
