Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile products
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform design decisions
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the design and development lifecycle
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input
- Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Support handoff to engineering with clear design specifications and assets
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards
- 3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and visual design skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (for collaboration, not coding)
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Knowledge of usability testing tools and research methodologies
- Background in SaaS, enterprise, or data-driven applications
- Accessibility or UX certification is a plus
