Requirements
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role providing Level 2 and Level 3 support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
- Knowledge of office automation products and peripherals such as printers and scanners
- Experience with network security, anti-virus/anti-malware programs, and security practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office M365 administration, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Security
- Excellent communication skills supporting senior executives
- Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues
- Guide users through installing applications and peripherals with clear instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting or provide in-person support on-site
- Monitor and manage ITSM/SD Service Requests and Ticket Queue
- Support and maintain desktop application portfolio
- Proactively address complex technical issues and escalate as needed
- Support security compliance and infrastructure stability
- Assist with process automation and strategic IT improvements
