Requirements
- Extensive experience across multiple industries such as hospitality, education, and healthcare
- Strong client-facing communication skills with executive presence
- 10 years of proactive, self-starter attitude—able to work independently without micromanagement
- Own and nurture client relationships after the sale as the primary point of contact
- Drive client onboarding, implementations, and successful go-lives
- Foster product adoption, engagement, and retention across accounts
- Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and reporting
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and resolve issues
- Support onboarding and go-live processes to ensure client success
- Manage multiple client accounts efficiently, maintaining high service standards
- Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and long-term partnerships
