Requirements
- Paid media experience across multiple channels (SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, CTV, DOOH, Native, OLV)
- Strong analytics skills, including experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and similar platforms
- Ability to develop and analyze marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and reporting
- Experience creating and tracking UTMs for campaign performance
- Ability to develop marketing plans, including budget allocation and channel testing
- Lead paid media campaigns across various channels, optimizing spend and performance
- Develop and implement ad copy and creative assets in collaboration with the design team
- Partner with analytics to review campaign results and recommend improvements
- Define KPIs, test strategies, and refine campaigns to maximize results
- Present insights and testing opportunities to leadership
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external agency partners
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate with analytics to improve targeting and personalization strategies
