NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a Hybrid, Direct Hire position.
SALARY: $45,000 – $75,000 base (depending on experience); OTE

Requirements
- Early career SDR or BDR experience from tier 3 or 4 SaaS companies or staffing agencies
- Self-driven personality with proactive communication skills
- Experience with prospecting and qualifying leads
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple outreach activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and motivation to achieve targets
- Initiate outbound contact with prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and social media
- Qualify inbound leads to ensure they meet target criteria
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
