Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who’s hungry to make an impact and help fuel our next stage of growth.


What You’ll Do

As a BDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our sales engine, turning outreach into opportunities and meaningful conversations. You’ll partner closely with marketing and sales to build a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within target industries using modern sales tools and platforms.
  • Launch outbound campaigns across email, phone, and social to spark interest and open doors.
  • Research prospects to understand their business, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate Mediagistic’s value and tailor messaging to each prospect.
  • Qualify opportunities based on fit, need, and readiness to buy.
  • Seamlessly hand off high-quality leads to Account Executives for closing.
  • Keep CRM data clean, organized, and actionable.
  • Continuously refine your outreach approach using data, feedback, and performance insights.
  • Stay sharp on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Consistently hit (and aim to exceed) activity and pipeline goals.


What You Bring

You’re curious, competitive, and energized by connecting with people. You don’t just check boxes, you look for ways to improve and win.

  • 1 year of outbound prospecting or BDR/SDR experience (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communicator (both written and verbal) with the ability to build quick rapport.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of activity.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: experience in marketing, advertising, or home services industries.

Compensation & Structure

  • Base salary plus uncapped bonus potential


Location

This is an on-site role (Monday–Friday) at our office near Hidden River Parkway (Fletcher & I-75). Hybrid and/or remote work is not available.
