Mediagistic is a fast-growing national marketing agency, and we are looking for a driven Account Development Manager to help expand our footprint and deepen client relationships. This is a fully in-office role, Monday through Friday, based at our Tampa headquarters (not remote or hybrid) and designed for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do


You will own and grow a territory by building strong relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering strategic marketing solutions that drive results.

  • Prospect and develop new business while expanding existing client relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers across your territory
  • Conduct needs assessments and build customized marketing strategies
  • Deliver compelling presentations that translate strategy into action
  • Grow and manage a high-value book of business
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and client success
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends and continuously sharpen your sales approach

What You Bring

  • 3 years of sales experience, B2B preferred
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence presenting to business owners and decision-makers
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with a competitive edge
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities at once
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales processes
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

Compensation & Structure

  • Base salary plus uncapped commission
  • Territory ownership with growth potential
  • Occasional travel, up to 25%

Supervision/Contacts:

Directly reports to the Sales Team Leader.


Work Environment:

Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment that requires normal safety precautions such as typical office or administrative work.


Physical Demands:

Job involves sitting most of the time; walking, lifting, bending, and standing may be minimally required to complete tasks.
