Financial Analyst (5454)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid (onsite Tues-Thurs), direct hire position.

SALARY: $50,000–$120,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 1-2 years of financial analysis experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power Query or similar data automation tools
• Ability to work with and integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, external platforms)
• Excellent soft skills – communication, drive, intellect, responsible
• Bachelor’s degree
  
  

Responsibilities

• Support leadership by delivering rapid, high-quality analysis
• Transform raw data into actionable insights to identify revenue opportunities
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual data collection and processing time
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Power Query) to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and reporting
• Identify patterns, trends, and strategic opportunities within datasets
• Communicate insights and recommendations to influence business decisions
• Continuously improve processes by balancing efficiency, accuracy, and risk
