Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business Management, or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of project management experience
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience managing complex projects, including scope, schedule, and budget
- Strong organizational skills and experience with organizing and executing organizational readiness and training programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Influencing skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with Microsoft Project Plan or similar tools
- OnePlan experience is a bonus
- Lead highly complex project initiatives from planning through execution and closure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timeline, scope, and deliverables
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures and resource planning
- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate project activities, including integrations and change management efforts
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and issues
- Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned
- Lead project teams and coordinate cross-functional resources
- Resolve issues and delays, adjusting plans as needed to ensure project success
- Evaluate project outcomes to identify opportunities for process improvement
