Requirements
- 5 years of data engineering experience
- 2 years of experience applying machine learning in production
- Extensive experience with Databricks and data pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL optimization and complex queries
- Experience with Kafka, Apache NiFi, and data integration tools
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy best practices
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or related field
- Design and build end-to-end data pipelines and integrations
- Develop and optimize data architectures for large-scale ML workloads
- Deploy and operationalize machine learning models and solutions
- Modernize and scale BI capabilities through data pipeline advancements
- Implement LLM-based solutions, RAG architectures, and generative AI use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data projects and requirements
- Provide technical mentorship to junior data engineers
- Engage with vendors to evaluate tools and coordinate data integration projects
