Requirements
- 10 years in leadership roles within the healthcare, ambulatory care, or population health management sectors, with a deep understanding of MSO/ACO operations and value-based care.
- Detailed understanding of MSO and ACO metrics and regulatory requirements, with the ability to analyze data and drive improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Soft skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities; proficiency in managing financial and operational metrics to meet goals.
