Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 15 of IT infrastructure experience with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working with IT vendors and / or Managed Service Providers, preferably in large, complex, outcome-based models.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents and effectively handle customer issues and requests
- Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM practices and their implementation in an organization
- Experience with managing support-centric teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving operational excellence
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization
