Requirements
- Bachelor’s in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years IT experience, 2 years in leadership.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, ITIL, and SaaS.
- Lead and mentor an IT Support team, overseeing workload distribution and performance.
- Drive a culture of accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Manage day-to-day IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Maintain strong incident tracking, escalation, and resolution processes.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and manage SaaS app provisioning and licensing.
- Coordinate with vendors on renewals, escalations, and compliance.
- Oversee hardware/device lifecycle management, inventory accuracy, and patch/compliance standards.
- Support planning and execution of IT projects, including cloud migrations and SaaS integrations.
- Serve as liaison between the VP of IT and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Deliver regular reporting on SLA performance, ticket trends, system status, and recommend improvements.
