Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Hardware BOM Project Manager to support the installation of communication antennas and radios on U.S. telecom towers. This position is office-based in Plano, TX and requires a strong understanding of material management, RF design, and system integration to ensure projects are completed on time and with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Management: Calculate and manage hardware materials for antenna and radio installations based on RF designs and shelter configurations.
• System Integration: Enter and track material requirements in internal systems, ensuring accurate records of inventory and usage.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with RF engineers, hardware engineering, supply chain, and A&E firms to align on material needs and project timelines.
• Quality & Compliance: Verify all material specifications, conduct audits, and maintain documentation to meet project and industry standards.
• Risk & Reporting: Monitor supply chain risks, forecast shortages, and prepare detailed reports on material usage and project progress.
• Process Improvement: Identify efficiency opportunities and implement best practices in material planning and tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in hardware/material management within telecom or construction.
• Strong understanding of RF design principles and shelter configurations.
• Skilled in material calculation, inventory control, and ERP/project management systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual – English/Korean (highly preferred)
• Prior experience in the U.S. telecom sector
• Knowledge of tower installation standards and safety protocols
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
