JOB SUMMARY: 

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be accountable for the oversight, safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of 

warehouse goods. Manage, train, and coordinate warehouse team. 

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

• Promote safety performance, at every opportunity, as a core value of the organization, equal to all other business 

considerations 

• Ensure the adequate and efficient use of resources to support the safety function  

throughout the facility 

• Be familiar with, understand, and enforce the requirements of OSHA regulations and requirements our company 

and project-specific regulations and requirements, as well as other pertinent and accepted safe work practices 

• Conduct monthly safety inspections and submit the inspections to the Safety Manager. Stop work immediately if 

imminent danger exists 

• Review results of all manufacturing facility safety inspection reports and follow up to ensure prompt 

action has been initiated and completed to correct unsatisfactory conditions and work practices 

• Participate in all accident investigations and investigate and assist the Safety Manager in the handling of insurance 

claims 

• Request OSHA consultation on each project exceeding 100,000 sq ft prior to the commencement of masonry and/or 

structural steel 

• Provide/Maintain shipping documents for delivery and record. 

• Coordinate shipping and deliveries with staff and customers. 

• Secure warehouse, store materials and monitor inventory. 

• Secure and maintain company vehicles. 

• Train warehouse associates on safe operation of forklift, pallet jacks, and miscellaneous warehouse 

equipment. 

• Provide basic building and warehouse housekeeping and maintenance. 

• Other job duties and responsibilities as needed. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Able to stand for extended periods of time. 

• Able to lift 80lbs. or more 

• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members. 

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers, 

and customers.
