Become a Key Player as a Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration for Adobe Fonts & Type. You’ll coordinate engineering, product, design, and marketing partners to deliver high-priority initiatives and successful launches while improving operational frameworks. Work model: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in the PST timezone. This is a staffing role covering an FTE leave of absence, with potential for extension or conversion if the FTE does not return.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Define and prioritize quarterly roadmaps and initiatives aligned to business objectives.
- Assess and measure initiative impact, integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain operating models to enhance cross-functional efficiency.
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve team efficiency.
- Drive process adoption by capturing feedback, rolling out changes, and iterating.
- Develop scalable, standardized best practices for cross-functional operations.
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives and product/marketing launches.
- Maintain project schedules and drive alignment with partner teams.
- Facilitate transparent communication and keep leadership and stakeholders updated.
- Maintain current documentation (leadership reviews, dashboards, PRDs, design specs, JIRA, etc.).
- Align and coordinate with cross-functional organizations to ensure successful releases.
- Work closely with engineering, product, design, and marketing partners.
- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to maintain alignment and ensure success.

- Strong organization and prioritization skills to run multiple projects/workstreams amid shifting priorities.
- Ability to resolve ambiguity, establish decision-making frameworks, and drive timely decisions.

- Ability to build or improve frameworks, standards, and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strength in understanding facts, presenting data in context, and enabling unbiased, informed decisions at multiple organizational levels.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree, or equivalent experience; 5–7 years of relevant experience.
Pay Range
$71.18 - $88.98/hour
