Become a Key Player as a GTM Contract Specialist
As a GTM Contract Specialist, you will lead and coordinate complex account, contract, SKU, and product migrations as Frame.io customers transition into Adobe’s systems. You’ll partner with Sales, CSMs, and Deal Desk to ensure a smooth customer experience while maintaining clear timelines and communication. Work model: Remote (CST and MST time zones preferred). This is a 12-month contract with an option to extend.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Partner with internal teams to migrate customers off legacy contracts while assessing their upgrade experience, features, and capabilities.
- Drive and communicate migration plans and timelines to customers.
- Develop internal- and customer-facing artifacts to clearly articulate the migration process.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on migration progress and blockers.
- Guide and collaborate with CSMs, Sales, and Deal Desk for existing and new customer contract migrations.
- Become an expert and advisor on processes related to contracts and corresponding software migrations.
- Develop insights from customer engagement to inform business decisions.
- Serve as a change management agent to ensure continuity of service during migrations
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Go-to-Market, or Product Marketing in the SaaS space.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and people management skills; ability to work cross-.functionally across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Management, and CSM teams.
- Project management expertise to organize multiple concurrent tasks and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ability to distill complex ideas into clear, relevant internal and external messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal/presentation communication skills.
- Track record of delivering effective marketing programs and messaging that demonstrate original thinking.
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

Pay Range
$49.48 - $61.85/hour
