Become a Key Player as a Contract Operations Analyst
You will help simplify and scale quote-to-cash operations to improve customer experience and revenue accuracy. You will partner with sales, finance, legal, product, and technical teams to validate contracts, resolve escalations, and operationalize new offerings. This is a Hybrid role (generally: Monday/Friday remote; Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in office) with a 30-day probationary period.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Support customer account management, contract validation and execution, order processing, invoice creation, usage metering, and product provisioning
- Perform complex validations of revenue transactions across multiple channels to ensure compliance with product rules and revenue standards
- Execute and document SOX controls; draft control narratives, memos, and process documentation and support internal/external audits
- Monitor automated transaction logs and system reports; troubleshoot, intervene, and manage exceptions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for contracting, order management, and provisioning; coordinate cross-functional investigations and drive issues to resolution
- Identify and document automation opportunities; partner with technical teams to define requirements, test solutions, and lead enablement/change management
- Operationalize integration strategies for acquisitions, including data migration and onboarding to new systems and processes
- Design and run reports for reconciliation, capacity planning, and performance metrics; maintain job procedures, process flows, and onboarding documentation
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 2–5 years of experience in a related revenue operations, finance operations, or order-to-cash role
- Bachelor’s degree or regional equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Relentless attention to detail with a focus on customer experience
- Critical thinking and prioritization skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Solid documentation and organizational skills; self-starter able to work independently
- Capability to interpret legal contracts, terms, and conditions
- Knowledge of accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and finance operations
- Demonstrated proficiency with standard tools (Office 365, ERP, CRM)

Pay Range
$22.54 - $28.17/hour
