Become a Key Player as an Agency Recruiter (Contract-to-Hire)
You will drive high-volume sourcing and candidate engagement to fill open roles quickly and accurately. You will work closely with hiring teams and internal stakeholders to deliver qualified submissions during a 3-month contract-to-hire evaluation program that can convert to full-time based on performance.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Run high-volume sourcing across platforms using AI tools, job boards, and internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously (ATS, sourcing tools, AI workflows) while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Screen and qualify candidates quickly and effectively
- Submit candidates with both speed and precision
- Proactively call candidates to generate interest, qualify, and advance processes
- Manage pipelines in real time with clean, accurate data
- Prioritize workload based on urgency and business impact
- Meet defined performance benchmarks for submissions, interview rates, and fills
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 1–3 years in agency staffing or high-volume coordination roles
- Proven ability to work quickly across multiple tools and systems
- Strong operational discipline and ability to stay organized under pressure
- Comfort with outbound calling and driving candidate conversations
- High sense of urgency, ownership, and a competitive mindset
- Coachable attitude with the ability to work independently against performance metrics
