Become a Key Player as a a Program Manager - BPCI III
You will lead cross-functional programs that deliver new product offerings and drive strategic roadmaps into execution, influencing senior leaders and multiple partner organizations. You will partner with product, marketing, engineering, and business teams to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver on key business objectives. This role is hybrid in San Jose, CA and will operate with a focus on cross-team coordination and execution. It is a contract that will go until 12/31/2026.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Lead programs and projects involving department and cross-functional teams focused on delivery of new product offerings
- Build strategic roadmaps with senior leaders and translate them into detailed execution plans and milestones
- Plan projects, manage schedules, and coordinate sequencing to meet time and budget constraints
- Identify and manage risks, develop contingency plans, and drive risk mitigation activities
- Aggregate, synthesize, and communicate program and project information to extended teams and management
- Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and schedules
- Evaluate existing processes and drive adoption of process improvements and best practices (tools, templates, workflows)
- Drive release management activities to ensure successful deployment of product updates
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in Program Management in software, SaaS, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required)
- Strong program and project management skills with experience handling complex, highly cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executives
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles (waterfall and agile)
- Demonstrated change management skills and ability to drive initiatives to closure
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
- MBA or equivalent (strongly preferred)
- Experience working with product marketing, campaign marketing, engagement marketing, pricing, branding, and go-to-market teams
Pay Range
$71.55 - $89.44/hour
