Become a Key Player as a Campaign Coordinator
You will coordinate end-to-end campaign planning and execution to drive measurable marketing outcomes for the client. You’ll partner with product managers, design, analytics, and operations to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet business goals. This role is Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) and interacts heavily with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and deliver campaign work.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution of marketing and product campaigns across surfaces and channels
- Partner with product, design, analytics, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals and delivery timelines
- Triage and prioritize campaign intake requests; maintain status tracking and documentation for stakeholder visibility
- Ensure campaign assets, targeting rules, and personalization logic are implemented correctly across channels
- Collaborate with analytics to coordinate delivery of insights and surface performance findings
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and escalate blockers proactively
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase campaign velocity, quality, and scalability
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing coordination, or related roles in a tech or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
- Experience in technical program management, driving cross-functional initiatives, managing complex timelines, and coordinating dependencies
- Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills; ability to set expectations and manage critical deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to identify trends and opportunities
- Experience with JIRA or similar project management systems
