Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Campaign Coordinator for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end planning to execution of marketing and product campaigns across different surfaces and channels.
- Partner with product managers, design, analytics, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with different internal partner teams (growth teams) to determine prioritization, stack rank requests to match the delivery capacity.
- Manage campaign intake requests, track status, and maintain documentation for visibility across stakeholders.
- Partner with analytics team to coordinate and deliver on the insights.
- Ensure campaign assets, targeting rules, and personalization logic are correctly implemented across surfaces & channels.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and escalate blockers proactively.
- Support process improvement initiatives to increase campaign velocity, quality, and scalability.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management tools (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong personality to engage with internal stakeholders, ability to negotiate and set expectations, and manage critical deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Experience with JIRA and knowledge of other project management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4-6 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing coordination, or related roles in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Experience in technical program management, including the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage complex timelines, coordinate dependencies across engineering and marketing teams, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
