BECOME A KEY PLAYER AS A POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER / BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER
As a Power Platform Developer / Business Process Manager, you will build and enhance tools that automate product launch processes and streamline operations. You’ll collaborate with Pricing Operations, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Work model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite in San Jose, CA. This role includes a 60-day probation period.
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT ON THE TEAM
- Build or enhance tools to automate product launch process steps.
- Collaborate with Pricing Operations, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Prioritize activities based on customer impact, business needs, project dependencies, and overall strategy.
- Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions aligned to target architecture and technical standards.
- Conduct thorough unit testing to validate functionality and reliability.
- Create clear, comprehensive documentation to support maintenance and knowledge transfer.
- Work across teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical requirements.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- 5 years of experience in application development.
- Excellent Power Platform and SQL development skills, especially Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Experience connecting Power Platform solutions with Azure services, APIs, or external systems.
- Understanding of role-based security, data protection, and compliance within Power Platform.
- Ability to apply design thinking to build efficient, scalable, and usable solutions.
- Skill in creating intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces.
- Experience using feedback and analytics to improve solution design and user satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills to research issues, identify root causes, and propose resolutions.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments; ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Positive energy, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Acrobat, and Outlook.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
HERE’S WHAT ELSE MIGHT HELP YOU OUT
- Experience with Dataverse, data models, and embedding Power BI within Power Apps (preferred).
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence Wiki, automation processes, VBA, Jira, or SAP.
PAY RANGE
$73.24 - $91.55/hour
