Role: Sr. Project Manager – Beverage Manufacturing
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid, some remote work)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
• Lead beverage manufacturing capital projects from concept to commissioning
• Oversee installation, validation, and ramp-up of beverage processing and packaging equipment
• Ensure projects comply with FDA, USDA, and food safety standards
• Partner with maintenance teams for preventive and predictive maintenance planning
• Manage project budgeting, timeline, and cross-functional teams
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence in beverage production
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 7 years of beverage manufacturing project management
• Hands-on experience with filling, packaging, and utilities in beverage production
• Expertise in maintenance, equipment commissioning, and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification preferred
Physical & Travel Requirements:
• Ability to work on-site and travel up to 40% as needed
