As a Search Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for high-level leadership and C Suite roles within our client organizations. Additionally, you will cultivate relationships with new client companies while working alongside proven leaders in the recruiting industry.
Responsibilities of our Search Consultants:
Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand and fulfill talent needs.
Client Development: Build and expand relationships with senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
Candidate Recruitment: Source and recruit top talent using multi-channel strategies, focusing on Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain industries.
Portfolio Management: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.
Market Intelligence: Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with the team.
We’re seeking a driven professional with:
2 years of search and recruiting experience in an agent setting
Business Development or Outbound Sales are a plus!
Bachelor’s degree
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong determination, excellent communication, and high organization.
Ability to work onsite in Fairlawn, Ohio.
