Recruiter – Logistics & Freight Brokerage

As demand continues to grow, we’re hiring a Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, asking great questions, and connecting talented people with opportunities that truly make sense.
What You’ll Do
Own the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer acceptance
Source and engage candidates within logistics and freight brokerage
Conduct interviews to evaluate experience, motivation, and cultural fit
Build lasting candidate relationships through thoughtful, consultative conversations
Partner closely with the founder and recruiting team to improve processes and systems
Participate in outbound outreach and phone-based recruiting (comfort with dialing is key)

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of professional experience; recruiting or logistics experience preferred
Exposure to logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage is a plus—but not required
Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging candidates by phone
Motivated by performance-based compensation and earning potential
Coachable, adaptable, and excited to grow within a boutique firm
Positive attitude, high energy, and professional presence
