Day to Day as a Recruiter
Cold calling potential candidates and clients with confidence and professionalism
Sourcing talent through market research, referrals, and strategic outreach
Screening, assessing, and qualifying executive candidates
Running smart, targeted marketing and recruiting campaigns
Managing schedules and keeping track of interviews and follow-ups
Keeping our CRM data sharp, clean, and organized

Who We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience crushing it in sales, recruiting, or people-first roles
A natural relationship-builder who is confident, persuasive, and personable
Motivated by goals and the thrill of making a deal happen
Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
Ability to work onsite from our office in Boise, ID
