What You’ll Do as a Recruiter
Own the Process: Lead the full recruiting lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer acceptance
Create Opportunity: Drive high-volume outbound activity to generate new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines
Prospect & Engage: Identify and connect with top candidates through research, referrals, and strategic outreach
Hit the Phones: Engage candidates and clients through phone-based outreach (comfort with dialing is essential)
Build Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates that drive repeat business and lasting success
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM activity and records

Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in liberal arts)
2 years of professional work experience
Previous success in sales, recruiting, or other relationship-driven roles
Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
Goal-oriented and motivated by results and closing wins
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
Ability to work onsite in our office located in Inman Park, Atlanta, GA
