Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the front-end of the executive search process, including aggressive sourcing strategies, initial screenings, and rigorous leadership evaluations.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to align with client needs. You will be an integral part of the process, participating in all high-level client interactions and strategy calls.
- High-Velocity Delivery: Maintain a rigorous pace to meet the firm’s 21-day completion target while upholding the highest standards of candidate quality and fit.
- IT Specialization: Leverage technical recruiting expertise to vet and qualify candidates for complex IT and technology leadership positions.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador for both the firm and the client, ensuring a sophisticated and professional experience for executive-level prospects.
- Experience: Proven track record in Executive Search (Retained search experience is highly preferred) or high-level Corporate Recruiting.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the IT landscape and technical leadership roles is a significant advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
