Responsibilities
- Sources, recruits, screens, interviews, and selects candidates.
- Designs and executes the search strategy for assigned engagements.
- Prepares candidates for interviews and performs post-interview debriefs.
- Participates in offer negotiations and post-placement follow up.
- Attends and participates in search status and kick-off meetings.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in executive recruiting, including recruiting for Accounting, Audit, Finance, and/or Tax roles.
- Strong self-motivation and discipline and the ability to focus and thrive in a fully remote work environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment while maintaining a high energy level and positive attitude.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and sound personal character.
- A genuine desire to increase personal income with a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
