What You’ll Do
Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and winning new clients
Own and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders
Manage the full sales cycle from outreach and qualification through closing and deal structuring
Leverage existing candidate pipelines and actively market talent to generate demand
Execute 360 recruiting responsibilities, including candidate intake, qualification, and placement
Collaborate with internal support (SDR research) to accelerate pipeline and delivery
Build long-term partnerships and generate repeat, high-value business
Who You Are
Proven B2B sales producer or full-desk recruiter with strong business development experience
Comfortable in a build-mode environment where processes are evolving and initiative is critical
Skilled at developing client relationships from scratch and navigating stakeholders
Self-directed and effective in a remote, performance-driven setting
Entrepreneurial mindset where you think like an owner and are motivated by growth and long-term upside
Strong closer with the ability to generate revenue, not just fill roles
Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
