Job Summary:
The Strategy Planning Team within InstallX supports finance and billing operations for last-mile delivery (LMD) and installation services. This role partners cross-functionally with operations, service providers, audit teams, and internal finance groups to ensure accurate billing, timely financial close, and overall financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize monthly and cumulative billing and closing data
- Manage AP/AR transactions within the GSI system
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure accurate invoicing and resolve outstanding items
- Handle billing coordination with clients based on contractual terms
- Support financial reporting and analysis for leadership review
- Act as a point of contact for billing and financial inquiries (internal & external)
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance operations
- Strong knowledge of:
- Monthly close processes
- AP/AR
- Expense and revenue recognition
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
