Job Summary
We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to attract and hire new employees. The talent acquisition specialist is responsible for all aspects of the hiring process.
A successful talent acquisition specialist should be well-versed in the recruitment process as well as
relevant employment legislation. You should further be organized and have excellent communication and people
skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the talent solution service team manager and team members in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring both internal and external employees
- Own a full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, resume reviewing, and hiring
- Assist new hires with all aspects of the onboarding process
- Create a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in the workforce
- Manager accounts and maintain professional, productive relationships with clients
- Use critical thinking skills to navigate any staffing situations
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and prompts from clients and candidates
- Provide support to the team through assigned projects and daily activities
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the recruitment field preferred
- Experience with recruiter tools preferred (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Experience in client management and time management
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- English / Korean bilingual preferred
- 0 - 2 years experience preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
